DESCRIPTION
TZH-DBZS-1 Middle Speed Paper Cup Forming Machine is in optimal design in structure and with low noise. It finishes knurling of the cup (bowl) bottom and curling of the cup (bowl) top by two procedures, which can reduce the machine running travel. The machine will run faster and have steadier performance. The required paper is from 230g to 400g, both one-side PE paper and two-side PE paper.
FEATURE
1) It seals the two sides of the paper cup with the hot wind, which can improve the adhering effect and reduce the rate of the water leak.
2) It revolves the cup at 90°and transfers the cup to the mould by 100% , which reduce the rate of wasting.
3) It transfers the bottom into the paper cup with highly accuracy at a time, which reduces the wasting that is transferred at the second time.
4) It revolves and curls bottom uniformly, which can reduce the rubbing so as to fail to destroy the printing on surface or at the bottom of the two–side PE paper cup.
5) It removes the paper cups from the machine by automatic counter.
6) Its main part is finished perfectly and each of its components can be exchanged.
