12000 b/h Washing-Filling -Capping 2-In-1 Machine:

    The machine is mainly used the beverage filling operations.Tile two functions of bottle filling and capping are composed in one body of the machine. The whole process is automatic. It is used for filling mineral water and purified water into the bottle made of polyester and plastics. It can be freely and conveniently to adjust the machine to various types of bottles .The filling operation is faster and more stable because the new micro pressure filling operation of new bype is adopted.There the output and benefit of the machine is higher than the machines of the same specifications .The advanced OMRON programmed controller (PLC) is adopted to control the macine to run automatically .The inlet-bottle adopts air conveyor system. while output bottle chain adopts adjustable speed method to coordinate with the transducer of the main machine to make the operations of moving bottle forward steadily and reliably .It is convenient to operate with higher automation because every part of the machine is inspected to run with photo electrical detectors. The machine is idea-preferred equipment for beverage makers.
